Your Partner in Every Move

I'm Ashlee Dickson, and I have been a part of the LuAnn Shikasho team since 2018, serving as the Real Estate Administrator, Operations Manager, and Transaction Coordinator. I have a background in real estate in both Washington and California, as well as more than 15 years of experience owning and operating a successful home décor business. I bring a strong foundation in organization, client service, and operational management to every transaction.

As the Transaction Coordinator for our team, I oversee the many moving parts involved in a real estate transaction from contract to close. I work closely with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title and escrow companies, inspectors, and other service providers to ensure deadlines are met, documents are completed accurately, and every detail stays on track. My goal is to create a seamless experience for our clients by providing consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and personalized support throughout the process.

In addition to transaction management, I help oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring our systems, processes, and client experience remain efficient and organized. I am passionate about creating structure behind the scenes so that our agents can focus on serving clients and our clients can feel confident and informed every step of the way.
